Where are you located?
We are located at 2950 N Dobson Road Suite 8, Chandler, Arizona 85224 in the Elliot Fountains Plaza, on the SW corner of Dobson and Elliot, behind BoSa doughnuts.

What are your business hours?
We are open Monday-Friday from 10:00am-6:00pm, and Saturday from 10:30-3:00pm. We are closed on Sunday’s. 

What kind of clothing do you provide alterations for?
We are a full-service alterations shop and can alter any garments for men, women, and children including bridal, high-end designer brands, and vintage pieces.

What else do you sell in your boutique?
We carry a variety of ready-made garments for men and women, off-the-rack suits, and luxury accessories.

How long do custom orders take?
All custom orders take between 6-12 weeks depending on the season. 

What is your typical turn around time for alterations?
Most items will be ready within 1 week. Rush alterations are available at an additional cost.

What is your typical turn around time for bridal alterations?
We highly recommend coming in at least 2 months prior to your event day.

How do I make an appointment for alterations or custom?
You can make an appointment online here. We also accept walk-ins for alterations.

What kind of custom clothing can you make?
We specialize in professional garments for men and women, such as suiting, button-down dress shirts, jackets, coats, and more. If you are looking for something unique, schedule an appointment with a master tailor and learn how we can turn your ideas into a reality!

What fabric brands do you carry for custom clothing?
We carry only the highest quality of fabrics from around the world. These include Scabal, Dormeuil, Loro Piana, Holland & Sherry, and Vitale Barbers Canonico.
