Cleaning
Dry clean your suit only 3–4 times a year — over-cleaning breaks down fabric fibers faster than wear does. Use a cleaner experienced with luxury garments, and treat small stains with careful spot cleaning before resorting to a full clean. After each wear, let the suit air out for 24 hours before returning it to the closet.
Storage
Hang jackets on cedar or contoured wooden hangers that support the shoulders properly, and store them in breathable garment bags rather than plastic. Give suits room to breathe in the closet, and hang trousers by the waist on clamp-style hangers to prevent creasing.
